Barons de Rothschild Blanc de Blancs is a champagne made by the Barons de Rothschild winery elaborated with Chardonnay grape varieties from the most famous crus of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Oger and Vertus. The famous delicacy of Blanc de Blancs de Barons de Rothschild comes from the coupage of the best Chardonnay grapes cultivated in the Champagne area and the ageing process of at least four years in the winery. Of inimitable brilliance, delicate bubbles and golden gleams full of light, Barons de Rothschild Blanc de Blancs delights us with notes of fresh fruit and ripe citrus. The low dosage and its prolonged ageing after disgorging (from 6 to 9 months) enhance its innate quality. The Chardonnay variety shows in this Champagne all its authenticity and purity intrinsic to be appreciated in any occasion and time of day. The exclusive cuvée of Chardonnay comes from the main Crus of Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger. Reserva wines are used for a minimum of 40% of the mixture.
